? Process high-volume, full-cycle payroll with accuracy and confidence
? Manage union payroll and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements
? Prepare and submit certified payroll reports
? Handle payroll across multiple states and entities
? Complete union reporting and reconciliations
? Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
? Create payroll reports and analyze data using Excel
?? Union payroll experience (required)
?? Certified payroll experience (required)
?? Experience with union reporting
?? Multi-state and multi-entity payroll processing
?? High-volume payroll background
?? Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
?? Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
